Please note: You must schedule your transportation 72 hours (3 days) in advance.
Your transportation benefit is through LogistiCare. To schedule transportation, please call 1.866.277.8963 (TTY: 1.866.288.3133). The number for Ride Assist is 1.866.418.9809. They are available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. (Eastern).
