Attention Providers: Change Your Password
Unison now requires that all web account passwords must change every 90 days to reinforce HIPAA guidelines and to protect our Members’ healthcare and personal information. If you have not already done so, please change your password the next time you log in to Unison's website.
When creating a password, please note the following rules.
- You will have to change your password every 90 days.
- Your password is required to have a minimum of six (6) characters.
- The password must also contain a minimum of three (3) of the following:
- Uppercase
- Lowercase
- Numbers (0-9)
- Non-alphanumeric Symbols (such as #, @).
- Your password cannot contain the user ID.
- Passwords cannot be one of the previous ten (10) passwords chosen.
Providers are advised to:
- If multiple people are using the same account, set up different accounts for each user. Only one person should have access to the same account.
- Make sure you know your password.
- Contact Unison immediately to have an account deactivated if a person that had a Unison account is no longer with your organization.
