National Provider Identifier (NPI):
Please note that effective May 23, 2008, in accordance with HIPAA mandates, all qualified health care providers must begin to use a National Provider Identifier (NPI) number on all HIPAA standard transactions, including all claims. Please remember to submit your NPI number to the Department of Public Welfare.
