To obtain a prescription drug, you can go to any Unison Kids participating pharmacy that is listed in your child's Provider Directory. All prescriptions that are on this Unison Kids formulary (approved drug list) will be covered when medically necessary. Please refer to your Member Handbook for more information telling you how to obtain prescription drugs listed on the Unison Kids formulary. You can obtain a list of Unison Kids participating pharmacies or obtain information about the Unison Kids formulary by contacting Member Services at 1.800.414.9025.
