Welcome to Unison Health Plan! As a member of Unison Health Plan, you will receive all of your medically-necessary Medicaid covered benefits and extra benefits at no cost to you. We also offer you a large choice of qualified providers and specialists in an area near you. Member Services is available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. to help you with any questions or concerns about your health or the healthcare services you can expect to receive from Unison Health Plan.
A member account is available so you can access your health care information and easily submit questions or comments. Your account will use a secure log-in so that your privacy and personal information is protected. You will need to have your Unison Member ID number to log in.
