As a member of Unison Health Plan of Delaware, you will receive all of your medical-assistance benefits and extra benefits at no cost to you. We will offer a large choice of providers near you.

Member Services is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.- 5 p.m., to help you with any questions about your healthcare services. Call them at 1.877.877.8159.
