Transportation Benefits
Many Unison members can now get a ride to their medical visits through our Transportation Benefit. We rely on your efforts to inform members about this benefit. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Members should call Member Services for information about transportation offered in their state or by their plan. In a medical emergency, call 911.
The transportation benefit can be used to get to doctors visits, dental appointments, medical tests or ongoing care such as dialysis. The type of service offered, the number of trips covered, and handicap accessiblity will vary with each county's vendor. Please ask members to contact their specific county transportation vendor for details.
