At Unison Health Plan, we care about your health.  Our goal is to improve the health of our members by providing high quality services.  What our members think and tell us helps us to do this. 

Each year we survey some of our members to find out where we can improve.  The survey that we use is called the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS).  As a result of last year’s survey we changed the way we do some of our business.  We added more doctors and specialists to our network. 

In the near future, you may receive this year’s survey in the mail asking you what you think about the services that we provide to you or your child.  Please take the time to fill out this important survey.  We take what you say seriously.  We will use this information to improve our program.  Your response is confidential and will not affect your benefits in any way.  With your help we can make health care better for you and all our members!
