Ms. Heim has more than 15 years experience in working with public sector health programs. Prior to joining Unison in 1996, Karen worked for the Department of Public Welfare in Pennsylvania in the Bureau of Financial Operations.  Her tenure with Unison encompasses a variety of management positions including Claims, Finance, Contracting and Corporate Strategies.
