Mr. Yelenik is responsible for the implementation of Medicaid in Delaware. Mr. Yelenik’s career began as a hospital administrator and, in 1994, he co-founded Harmony Health Plan which operated plans in New Jersey, Illinois and Indiana. He has also worked within the family of AmeriHealth companies.
