Mr. Bowers has led the Ohio plan since January 2006. Prior to working for Unison, Scott dedicated most of his career to serving the Medicaid population with 10 years of experience in managing departmental operations for the largest Medicaid health plan in Illinois. He brings a philosophy of outreach and education to Ohio Medicaid consumers.
