Leslie A. Gelpi, Vice President of Finance/Treasurer

Ms. Gelpi was appointed vice president in August 2001. Previously, she held the positions
of Accounting Manager and Controller at Unison. She joined Unison in 1996 and brings 15
years of experience in accounting, finance, audit, internal controls and business processes
to the company.
