Heather R. Cianfrocco, Esq., Vice President, Network Management

Ms. Cianfrocco was appointed Vice President of Network Management in May 2006. She oversees the organization’s operations relative to its health care provider networks, including the corporate network development, credentialing, contract administration, and member and provider dispute functions. She was Unison's Corporate Compliance Officer and Associate Counsel from 2001 through 2006, administering the organization's compliance plan and advising company personnel on legal issues regarding health plan operations. Prior to joining Unison in 2001, Ms. Cianfrocco practiced law in Pennsylvania, specializing in health care and corporate law.
