David W. Thomas, Senior Vice President and General Counsel

Mr. Thomas has served as General Counsel for the Unison Health Plans since 2001 and was appointed Senior Vice President for Unison's legal affairs in the Spring of 2006. He joined
Unison as its Compliance Officer in 1998 and brings to the company more than 25 years of experience in various areas, including government accounting/auditing, compliance, fraud
and abuse prevention activities, health care law and administrative law.
