Linda L. Post, M.D. has recently joined Unison Health Plan of Ohio as Medical Director for the Ohio plan. Her primary responsibilities will be Quality programs and Medical Management reviews for the Ohio Health Plan. She will also serve as clinical liaison to local regulatory agencies and the physician community, helping to bring quality health care services to our more than 60,000 Ohio Medicaid members in twenty-seven counties.

4/26/2006 --- National Committee for Quality Assurance Gives Unison Health Plan Excellent Status for the Second Time
The National Committee for Quality Assurances (NCQA) external quality review awarded Unison an excellent NCQA accreditation for the second time. The NCQA reported that there was no opportunity for improvement. However, according to Lynn Aumer, Director of Quality Improvement, there is always room for improvement. Our goal is continually evaluate and improve the quality of care and services provided to our members.
