Quality Improvement

The Quality Improvement Department led by the Director of Quality Improvement and the Senior Medical Director, addresses issues brought to their attention by providers, members, state or federal agencies, and during External Quality Review Organization processes for Unison Health Plan.

The QI Department’s commitment to delivering positive outcomes for our membership is reflected in consistently high scores on annual Health Plan Employer Data Information Set (HEDIS® *) reports, and NCQA’s three-year “Excellent” accreditation.
